Terms and Conditions for the Sweepstake Holiday Campaign
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Sweepstake Holiday Campaign ("Promotion") organized by Polymer Workshop ("Organizer", "we", "us", or "our"). By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enter. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website www.polymerworkshop.com/sweepstakes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Compliance with Applicable Laws: This Promotion is designed to comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where it is offered, including the Danish Marketing Practices Act (Markedsføringsloven) and the Danish Gambling Act (Spilleloven) for participants in Denmark. It does not involve any element of payment or consideration from participants as a condition of entry, and all prizes are awarded through a transparent, random selection process. Participants worldwide must ensure that their participation complies with local laws regarding promotions, sweepstakes, and gambling. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
1. Promotion Overview
The Promotion offers participants the chance to win one (1) demo purple bicycle frame in size 56” through a single random draw.
* Prize: One (1) Purple REPETE x Panaracer x Polymer Workshop size 56” frame
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions or refunds will be provided. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping, and any other costs associated with claiming the prize. The winner will be offered a Polymer Workshop finishing kit (wheels, handlebars, seatpost and others) at discounted price.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must:
* Be a legal resident of any country worldwide where the Promotion is not prohibited by law.
* Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) at the time of entry.
* Not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or their spouse) of the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, or any other entity involved in the Promotion.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries from third-party platforms are not permitted and will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
* Entry Method: To participate, you need to fulfill the questionnaire on the sign-up form and share your contact information
* Limit: Maximum of two (2) entries per person per email address.
* Multiple entries beyond this limit from the same person or email will result in disqualification of all entries.
* Entries must include your full name, valid email address, phone number, and postal address.
* All entries must be received during the Entry Period (see below).
We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or submitted in a manner not in accordance with these Terms.
4. Entry Period
* Start Date: 1st December 2025.
* End Date: 31st December 2025.
* Draw will be conducted within 10 days after the End Date.
All times are in Central European Time (CET). Entries received after the End Date will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
* Winner will be selected randomly using a certified random number generator or equivalent fair method, supervised by an independent party if required.
* One (1) winner total.
* Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received but are estimated at [e.g., 1 in 1,000] based on prior promotions. Actual odds may vary.
* The Organizer's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
* Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 14 days of the draw.
* Winner must respond within 7 days of notification, providing proof of eligibility (e.g., ID) and completing a prize claim form.
* If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
* Prize will be shipped to the winner's address worldwide within 30 days of claim verification, subject to customs and import regulations.
* Public announcement of winner may occur on our website or social media (first name and initial only, unless consent is given for full details).
7. Taxes and Fees
* Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or fees associated with the prize in their jurisdiction.
* The Organizer is not responsible for any withholding taxes or customs duties.
8. General Conditions
* Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, its affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants or winners arising from the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize. By entering, you release us from any claims related to the Promotion.
* Fraud: We reserve the right to disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or violate these Terms. Any attempt to damage the Promotion may result in legal action.
* Force Majeure: We may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical failures, natural disasters).
* Publicity: By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
* Data Protection: Personal data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link] and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU residents). Data is collected for Promotion administration and may be shared with affiliates or authorities if required. You have rights to access, rectify, or erase your data—contact us at [email].
* Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denmark.
